Men's Group
As a new ministry of GoodNaz, we want you to be involved, not only by attending events but also by:
Inviting your friends, whether they currently attend church or not.
Many of the men’s events will be great opportunities for your friends that may not currently attend church to get to know a bunch of guys in a format where they don’t have to worry about being preached “at”.
Helping with events.
God has gifted each of us with many, MANY talents and it brings glory to him when we use those gifts. Whether it’s through singing at a men’s retreat, installing new locks for a single mother, or setting up chairs for church services. Each of us is called to do what we can to help others.
Giving your ideas.
What do you want to see as part of the Men’s Ministry? How about a motorcycle group? An accountability group? A breakfast group? Whatever it is, let us know - but be forewarned, you’ll probably be asked to help in the planning and execution. The best way to ensure a successful event/ministry is to have people involved that are excited about it. Just email Pastor Phil. He’ll get back with you in the next couple weeks to discuss your ideas.

Golf Tournament: September
Have a friend that you just don’t know quite how to invite to church? If he loves golf this is your opportunity! You’ll have the chance to hang out together and with other men from the church.
Widow and Single Mom Ministry
Your wife probably has a long list of things that you need to get done around the house. Ever stop to think about who does those things for ladies after their husbands have passed away? Or after a divorce? Well, that’s where you come in. If you’re available to do small home repairs or otherwise “help out” around the home, we’d love to add you to our list. Please check the appropriate box on the participation card.
Men’s Retreat
Take a weekend and get away with just the guys. This will surely be a time where you’ll be blessed! Look for more details on this event in the future.
Chair set-up committee.
Every week a group of guys comes in early on Sunday morning and places chairs sot hat the more than 500 people that come through the doors of GoodNaz on a Sunday morning will have a place to sit. |
