Restore Ministries, a Christ-centered healing ministry of the YMCA of Middle Tennessee, provides the hope and healing you need to overcome many of life’s issues that keep you from the life of freedom that God desires for you, including:

- Co-dependency

- Marital/Family Problems
- Loss/Grief Issues
- Alcohol/Drug Abuse
- Sexual Compulsivity/Pornography

- Obsessive/Compulsive Disorders
What happens at a Restore Class?
Each week all Restore members will start off as a large group for "A Moment of Hope". Then we'll split up into our small groups. During group your facilitator and co-facilitator will take you through a discussion based on the short daily homework that you've done throughout the week.
But what happens at a Restore class is so much more. Through the daily reading, homework, weekly discussions and God's grace - healing takes place and freedom can be found. Come and find it!
